More About Me

Carol Gomez Realtor

Born and raised in Sacramento, I bring a lifetime of local knowledge and deep community roots to my work in real estate. After graduating from Luther Burbank High School, I went on to attend Stanford University before beginning my professional journey. In 1990, I earned my real estate license and launched my career with Red Carpet Real Estate in Roseville.

Although real estate was my first passion, I also built a long and dedicated career with the United States Postal Service, where I served for more than thirty years. After retiring from USPS, I returned to real estate—making it both my first and third career—and continue to serve clients with the same reliability, consistency, and commitment that guided me throughout my professional life.

My personal real estate journey has given me firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of homeownership. My first property, a HUD 203k in Placerville, was not habitable and had no water. I took on the challenge of drilling a well and fully rehabbing the home, which sparked my love for real estate transformation. Later, I purchased a five-acre parcel in Pleasant Valley, where I built my own custom home from the ground up. These experiences help me relate to clients on a personal level, whether they’re first-time buyers, experienced investors, or those looking to create their dream home.

To better serve my clients, I continue to invest in advanced training and education. In 2022, I completed Coldwell Banker’s Luxury Marketing Training, and in 2023, I earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, equipping me to meet the unique needs of clients in every stage of life.

With deep community roots, decades of professional experience, and a true passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals, I’m committed to providing trusted guidance, expert advice, and a client-first approach in every transaction.
